  • Acts of Kindness- Most self-improvement challenges only focus on the self. But as Christians, we are called to love one another. This goal will keep you looking outward as well. What can you do today to bless someone else? You will help them and brighten your own mood in the process.

  • Thankfulness- Even at the end of a terrible day, there is always something to be thankful for. Intentionally naming something you are thankful for will change your brain chemistry and keep your focus on gifts from above.
